i just found that on two tubes, iv'e never heard of that, but as i was spinning the wheels on the stand i heard the feint sloshing noise, i was like when the H### is that water noise, i realized it was the wheel, i looked at the valve and there was a liquid on it... weird i chunked them ....

I see no reason to toss out tubes that still hold air(patched or not). The price of tubes is getting out of hand these days. Recycle. Recycle. Recycle. For me anyway.

As far as The Tubes, yeah, August 1983. They opened for David Bowie in the Tacoma Dome. Last concert I saw before heading to MCRD San Diego two weeks later.

Excellent show.
