Mystery saddle

Wondering if anyone on here recognizes the designs on this saddle. It looks like a custom design on a re-covered Selle San Marco frame. Its a cool design and must have had meaning for someone.

Indeed. Campbell was his name, and he got sent up for 5-10 at Rikers. The three teardrops were buddies that died in the same heist. He got the "soup" neck tat from Sailor Jerry in D Block in trade for a pack of smokes and clean urine.
