Happy VE day everyone, Paris on that day must have been stunning. (vintage cycling content sprinkled throughout)

I've been in Moscow during the parade and seen the thousands of citizens walking through the streets and subway stations holding the signs with photos of their lost family members. It's a powerful thing... I hope very much that for this year's event those who favor the coming of peace again will take a stand - there would be no way to cut protestors from the live feed if they come out like they should be, nor the obvious police presence necessary to deter them.

If only the current war criminal would do folks a favor and commit suicide like Hitler did.
