Can anyone ID this bottle cage?
It just doesn't ring any bells in my brain. I *think* it's ti. No markings that I can find.

Looks like it has a tumor.
Dunk the bolts in naval jelly for ten minutes. FD bolts/screws, too. (Maybe every bolt on the bike.)
