ID these vintage brake levers?

Anyone recognize these brake levers? Funky "quick release" is built-in. Thanks in advance for any insights.

the button for the quick release mechanism changed from metal to red plastic about 1968

count yourself fortunate that both QR springs are in good nick

many of the used ones one finds are broken

satbuilder and juvela , thanks so much for your replies. These levers, and some other nice C&V bits, came to me in exchange for some wrenching a few days ago. Now begins the dilemma of what to do with them. Obscure parts like these can be the beginnings of a complete new build.....

at this era the firm's only products were caliper brakes and toeclips/straps

when one gets back into the 1940's a single venture was made into the realm of rear mechs:

going forward, about 1978 two complete road ensembles were launched under the Galli name
