It could another case of short focal length distortion but the fork appears bent.

May be the "Bent Fork" model of whatever brand it is.

Curved brake bridge and wrap-over seat stay caps suggest "British" to me.

Seat post diameter would also give you a clue. 27.2 points towards the UK along with the frame details previously mentioned

I did some work trying to figure that one out also. I didn't make much progress. There are definitely some cues that muddy the waters for an Italian badge. I would like to see the bottom bracket threading. Grandis was one Italian builder that used curved brake bridges.

A guy on a Neo-Retro site was asking, and those are the only pics.
I won't spend any more time on it, and will answer "I don't know."
