Can anyone tell what kind of wheels these are? I've never seek spoke placement like this

If you buy the bike with those wheels included, it’s going to be hard on your arthritis.

It is probably a sporty go fast bike leaning toward an aero riding position. A more relaxed position with bars at seat height or even slightly above would put less weight on your wrists.

It is an ironman just like my other ones.I can make it work with a few adjustments. I'm just curious about the wheels

I don't exactly what they are. We'd need better photos. But the trend for paired spoke wheels was started by Rolf in the mid-1990s.
