Not DIY, I wish i had the skills. I can guarantee that my brazing, the little I have done is not as nice

Thank you @Drillium Dude for starting this thread. So many beautiful and sublime examples in this thread. @Doug Fattic, that late 70s frame is amazing--such thin and finely crafted lines. I also love seeing the examples from DiNucci, who seems to have been passed the torch from Hephaestus as far as I'm concerned. Yes, the head lugs are more likely to get the chrome treatment or draw the eye due to proximity to head badges, but the seat cluster is often a point where the framebuilder is able to showcase more of her or his creativity and originality.
A few modest examples from my stable

'85 De Rosa Professional

'74 Gitane Grand Tourisme

'86 Look KG86

Mystery frame

Another mystery frame that I built for my daughter

framebuilder
Fabiofarelli's seat lug treatment on the frame picture he posted reminds me of the way one of my framebuilding class students from Argentina carved his lugs. This picture was taken right after he washed off flux and before he polished it for painting. The little skim of silver beyond the lug's shoreline was eventually sandblasted away. It is not silver bleeding away from the lug. It is usually where silver is added.

I like to avoid this by adding silver above the seat lug and using the torch to pull it through the rest of the lug. Then any blobs left from adding silver get trimmed away when I finish the top of the seat lug.

This thread feels.... familiar
Lets see your seat clusters!
That said, this highlights one of my most favorite-set parts of a frame to ogle.

I like this seat cluster. A lot. No points for guessing where this bike was made.
