Early 80s Bianchi ID Help

Long time listener, first time caller. Yet another person looking for some help with a Bianchi ID. I picked this up along with a few other bikes from a guy who was unloading his dad's (hoarder level) bike collection. There was a literal pile of them in the garage stacked practically to the ceiling. Anyways, I'm trying to pinpoint the exact year/model. Link below to some pictures of what we are looking at - it's not the prettiest sight in its current rendition, but it's mostly all there and the actual bike is in pretty great shape. The guy was clearly a fan of oversized adjustable stems, large cushioned seats, and kick stands - every bike came with them.

imgur dot com slash a/95ON1eW (pardon the spelled out version but that's what it took)

Based on many of the threads on here and the catalogs I think I have narrowed it down to an 1982/1983 Campione D'Italia, but I'm going to defer to the history experts I know are here. From what I've gathered the main identifying components are the chrome lugs on the crown fork, the Modolo Speedy brakes, the Nuovo Record derailleur, Ofmega crankset, and the blue super record seat post. The bike was clearly professionally painted at some point in time, so perhaps this was not even originally celeste. There is a D&D Cycles Frame Services sticker near the BB.

I'm also interested in hearing what the best course of action would be for this bike. I don't need a valuation, but I'm probably looking to sell it at some point. Is it worth fixing up in its current condition? Most of the original components are there, but it will at least need decals, a new seat, a new stem, some new bar tape, cable/housings, potentially wheels (already not original), etc.. On the other hand I know some of these components go for a pretty penny themselves, but I would hate to tear apart a bike that could be restored if it is worth doing at all.

Thanks in advance for any help!

You only restore it if you keep it since you rarely, if ever, get your money back from a proper restoration. Ugliest seat/stem combo I've see in months

Based on the serial number, the frame was manufactured in June 1983. The frame itself looks like one of the mid-range tretubi models based on the stay caps, but curiously it doesn't have the alpha-numeric serialization typically used on these frames. The purely numeric serialization was typically used on full SL/SP models during this period. To that end, it would be interesting to know if the fork has the Columbus steerer tube with the five helical ridges, on the inside, at the bottom (see attached example).

Mine does not appear to have that T-Mar, it looks to be perfectly round, with a larger cutout, then a ledge, then the smaller tube inside of that.

OK, then it is one of the mid-range, tretubi frames and the serialization is the anomaly. The best match based on the components would be the Campione d'Italia.

Ok, thank you. That likely confirms my suspicions then. The '83 catalog only shows the white version of the bike with red, not the Celeste, so I'll have to assume the celeste version came with the blue components (decals, seat post, stem, etc.). I think it was '82 version in the catalog with the red accents on celeste which threw me off initially.
