Not a SRAM component. It’s a power meter made by SRM.

No idea. This company has been around since the late 80s and are considered a top line product in the field of power meters. My guess is the unit in the photo is an early gen production unit. Looks like a Powermeter 5 unit I saw online. There’s quite a bit on google you can research about this. Pretty cool stuff.
