Peel off the bar tape and see if you can find the model name stamped on the drops

i'm trying to decide if i buy it to steal the bar/stem from . The bike is $30 (like 20 usd) but also an hour drive return.

I'm far from an expert on Nitto bars but it looks like a Noodle to me. I have Noodle bars on three bikes currently.
