Another Peugeot

I just acquired an old Peugeot and I'm looking for any thoughts/suggestions. Specifically, whether it's original and whether it's worth the money to restore. It looks all original to my unpracticed eye, but it will need rubber and likely new wheels, new cables, maybe a new saddle. Plus whatever I haven't found yet (I've only had a cursory look).
Another member was kind enough to identify it as a Canadian built UO5 Club circa 1984 (I wonder if it's 1983 as the serial number starts with a three - 3922228.
Simplex shifters
Huret derailleurs
Mafac brakes
Weinmann brake levers
Peugeot cranks, stem and saddle.

I have never seen Mafac calipers like those -- they look much more like Weinmanns. The Weinmann brake levers were after-market, to accommodate the extension (misnamed "safety") levers.

Yes, the serial number confirms Canadian manufacture. It was manufactured in 1983 by Velosport, which was then the manufacturing division of Procycle, a St. Georges, Quebec based company that had the Peugeot manufacturing license for Canada. The serial number is high enough that it could be a 1984 model manufactured in late 1983, as most manufacturers started buling the new models around September.

It's definitely not completely original. They wouldn'r have mixed Simplex levers with Huret derailleurs. MAFAC brake calipers and Weinmann brake levers would also be an odd mix. I supect that the previous owner replaced the handlebar/stem assembly, complete with the existing brake levers and stem shifters.
