I have a titanium spindle Italian threaded O.M.A.S bottom bracket kicking around somewhere. Gimme a sec to measure it...
EDIT: It's 112mm from the vertical face of one side of the spindle to the vertical face of the other. It's... kinda... symetrical? One side is a mm longer than the other.
I'm assuming it is ISO, as I don't think O.M.A.S. made a JIS tapered BB.

Mad Honk was nice enough to send me a bottom bracket. I’m not sure it will work being JIS taper and 1.5 mm longer on each end but I’ll give shot.

The minute I saw that color it reminded me of my Waterford 1200 road bike. I am looking forward to more progress on the bike(s). Green and yellow rocks, by the way.

I went to the archives and found this specimen that may work for you. Campy Italian threaded NR thick cups, 70ss spindle, with the following dimensions. 113.1 total spindle length - 69.5 lock-ring to lock-ring - 18.4 drive side offset and 19.4 off drive side offset. It is not totally symmetrical but pretty close. I could install it and check for chain line clearances using an NR set of arms. Lemme know, Smiles, MH 812-336-3283
Took a while to get pics. I had to work on the War Department's car this afternoon. This is what I have found so far. I doubt I can find anything else even if I dig deeper in the trunk.

At that point, further tightening of the bolt won't make the crank any tighter, since the bolt is bumping onto the end of the spindle.
Tolerances on older spindles may not be closely held, and dimensions may vary enough even with the same model number to affect crank/spindle compatibility.
The if end of a bolt-type (hollow, internally-threaded) spindle is too small, it may be ground down, as long as the spindle does not bottom out on the back of the crank and the spindle's internal threads are long enough to hold the bolt.
These days, however, most folks are using sealed cartridge bearing bottom brackets. With these, there is no routine maintenance required, so typically the crank will be installed once, and will stay in place unless/until the bottom bracket needs to be replaced. This greatly reduces problems of wear to the interface.
I generally avoid mixing sizes on customers' bikes, but I have a lot of experience mixing ISO/J.I.S. in both directions on my own personal bikes, and it has never given me a lick of trouble.

Thank you for the pics and while this is very tempting I think I’ll pass. I’m a bit concerned about about…..well let’s just say weight limitations, I suspect these are much better for more petite riders.

I hadn't even considered a weight limit. And I'm about as far away from a petite rider as you can get. Or maybe even more than two petite riders.

Well I solved the bottom bracket issue for now. While I was breaking down the Red Proto I realized I could simply kick the can down the road a few months by using the BB for the mystery build and source another for that frame. 
Then another issue arose. While I had the correct too to remove and install it, when it came time to twerk it I discovered I didn’t have a socket to fit the tool.
How did that happen? 
It took most of mental strength to reach all the way back to 2009 and I recalled I did not install this BB the great gang at the now defunct Danzel and Quiggly in Cherry Hill NJ did it for me. So do I buy a socket? Or……. I loaded the mystery bike into Morticia’s bier and off to my LBS. After a rocky start on my first time there in a while the guys and I getting along very well. They were nice enough to torque it fir me whilst I waited and chatted about the bike and build. the best part is they didn’t charge me! 
Oddly they had to use my BBT 6 as it fit better than theirs. So now we’re one step to being done unless some other obstacle rears its ugly head.

For some stoopid reason I put a fancy pants Sugino self extractor on this crankset. Unfortunately the unique tool is currently MIA. funny thing is I swear I saw it the other day and was going to post a pic and see who knew what it was.
Let’s see…. Sugino chainwheel bolt too, a few Dura Ace tools, some modified for other uses, Diadora cleat tools, tap handle but no tool that need.
On a positive note I managed to get the brake cables installed on the secret project as well as derailleur cables run. I do need to look for FW tomorrow though. Pics tomorrow

So despite yet another setback with the cranks, the crew at Trash Panda Works made a little progress.
I’m not sure I’m going to get these cables again, this one piece with a fancy end on both ends is for the birds.
I think Esmeralda is coming along quite nicely. too bad one of the fabulous old gold Mavic Record Du Monde rims I have is cracked
I think this is the first time I’ve put yellow tape on a bike of my own. I may have to try and shine up a brass bell rather than the copper one but they tarnish pretty quick.
Beautiful brakes with a little bling for them.
This Campanutella RD is back but I’m still not sure it’s staying. The GPX I just got from the bay is messed up so I’m back to square one

I have a full gruppo of that dark Centaur I got for less than a handful of peanuts a while ago and next week will be their time (if my recently lost by parcel service and yesterday found again wheelset arrives). But every now and then when I bump into them in the parts box, sometimes I marvel at their color, other times I say, hmmm maybe these will be short lived on the long planned target, so we'll see. Mine are far from NOS, but still good.

Still no joy on the Sugino tool, I just don’t understand where it could be…..
I have discovered, again, I have too much stuff and some of the weirdest stuff too. I think I found enough random silver dollars, half dollars, Loonies, Toonies, and other assorted coinage to buy another set wif the tool
Not sure how I came to poses three Campanutella crown races but sadly I’m not sure they are worth using. I must have a half dozen of the washers, this weird double ferrule and gross of brake ‘star’ washers.
The races don’t look so good
So Esmeralda will have to earn her keep as a cup holder for the holidays.

Despite the holidays we here at Trash Panda Works are pretending to be hard at work.
I’m still annoyed at myself for not being able to locate this tool however someone gave me an idea, which I had thought of in slightly different manner but dismissed it. His version worked.
This looks much better and matches the cables and other accents
The office Christmas party was a blast but the folks over at supplies and spares were told to grab a plate and get back to work looking for that tool
Now to finally decide on an RD. OH and it seems I’ve divested myself of all but two freewheels, one 5spd and one 7 on a spare set of wheels, need to get that switched
