Buckle up lads, my photo skills are even poorer than my bike wrangling skills but I tried so here it is.
Still need cables and tape and still waffling on both.
Wheels are temporary, can't believe 32's fit, they must have taken a cue from Merz.

So here's some pics of the cables and tape, found some Benotto I had and put it on with a cushion layer underneath, not a fan but thought it would look right on here and it seems to.
Supposed to be grey but sure looks lilac to me.
Red cable housing will stay until a sunny day when I think it will match the paint fairly well, may or may not cut it down before then.

Super cool bike, much to my liking. If I could make one suggestion though, it'd be to shorten those dropout adjuster screws or replace them with shorter ones. I hate seeing those bent over. Unless you're really going to change between extremes of way back and way forward, where you'd need the full length.

Tx Mark, full agreement with you. They are out for now. Also one of my top pet peeves as well, always such a waste when they get ruined, I never understand why they don't get screwed in or taken out to protect them for shipping or storage.
I think these may have gotten replaced with long ones somewhere along the way.

Finally got out for a very short test ride, had to circle back home and make major adjustments.
Amazing ride on this even being smallish and not my thing with DT shifters and very tight for me geo but OMG, this is one of the very few bikes that amazes this much with the ride.
Hard to describe as I am never comfortable on something like this but after making adjustments it was awesome albeit short.
Here's some maybe better standard front yard pics. looks like the red cables will stay as they match ok outside in natural light, not perfect but ok.
Anybody object before I trim them?
