I did think this was a nice frame until I saw that big blob of braze on the left chainstay.

...that BB shell is distinctive and I believe a similar shell was ID'd at one time by somebody here, probably @juvela.





I'd say this not-nago is a Rizzato made frame, most likely an Atala although it could have been a contract build for someone else. Something along the lines of this.
