Proctor repaint

Cyclomondo has Proctor decals listed on their site: https://www.cyclomondo.net/canada

If you are in Vancouver, I know someone that does nice powder coating.

I had a nice Proctor a few years ago. I sold it to someone in Vancouver, so it's probably still around here somewhere. The decals were just some I made myself, as reproductions were not available at the time.
