orders direct from Rustines
Has anyone ordered direct from the Rustines website? If so, did you receive your order? If so, how long did that take? And what delivery service was used to your door? My order placed in Nov. seems to be in delivery limbo. Tracking # is of no help somehow. Thanks for any suggestions!

I've never ordered direct, but they did promptly reply to my email concerning the availability of gum hoods.
