Before the pro's wore helmets all the time, Belgium had a rule that they had to wear one in Belgian races.
I don't know if this is a Cinelli or not.

Dang!, it was really foolish when we rode in the early 80's without helmets........just like the pros did.....

Still have my Cinelli "brain bucket". I got it just as they were no longer allowed in uscf races. Got a "Skid Lid" and all was good. Interesting how helmets have progressed over the decades.
