I bought a Urago with oversized, pounded-in STEEL seatpost, and even that one came out with (albeit heavy) persuasion.
If it's an alloy post, a Sawzall with perhaps slenderized blade is your friend!

Last time I was unable to remove a seatpost, I was able to get an old skinny Schwinn seatpost to fit inside the stuck seatpost. Cut a slot in the back of the old seatpost through the existing slot for the seatpost clamp and Bob's your uncle.
This was a basic transportation co-op bike, so aesthetics were not priority one.

Well, after using the sawzall, my vice, a slide hammer and three oatmeal cookies I got it out.
However, it still bears the scars of the aforementioned hammering into the frame

Good work. I drilled out a centurion seat post followed by a reamer. What a chore.

That's a bit more involved of a project than I'd be willing to take on. Good on you.
