Help Identifying an old track frame

I have this old track frame as part of a large lot of bikes I’m in the process of buying and was wondering if anyone has any idea what it is. It has no serial numbers I can find and no other identifying marks. The fork is obviously not original.

not so early as one might guess it at first glance

would think earliest possible date late 1960's

lug pattern Prugnat 62/s

dropouts appear to be neither Campag nor Zeus; two possibles might be Agrati or Cyclo

please post again when you have had opportunity to measure tube diameters and check bottom bracket threading and width

since paint finish pretty much gone you could do some light sanding on underside of bottom bracket shell to verify that possible serial not filled in or filed

No clue as to who built it, but if it were my size and mine I'd be finding a nice drilled front fork with a suitable crown and a Weinmann Carrera front brake and it would become my early morning fixed-gear trainer. I really like the Prugnat lugs and the long seat stay caps.

what's the BB threading, and seat post size?
At the risk of being called a vocab-nazi: in this case they are not "dropouts" but "track ends", and could be spelled "trackends", I guess.
It's picky, I know...but props to juvela for providing a couple names to "track" down, which is better than I can do!
