Identifying unknown bottom bracket?
 
No markings, super smooth, Koyo sealed cartridge bearings, 36*24/70.

Resembles MAVIC from Starfish group, and MICHE does or did similiar.

Miche was my original guess. The double lock ring and all, but the Japanese cartridges threw me off.
