Bike museum
I do not know if this has been posted before, I saw the article for the first time this morning, had not heard of it before. The museum is located in NW Ohio and appears to be privately funded. I looks like a wonderful place to visit for a bicycle aficionado.

It's in New Berlin OH and contains many items from the late Schwinn collection. Been there. Worth a visit.

It does come up from time to time, but it bears repeating. Several forum members have been there. I stopped there a few years ago while on my way to Florida. The museum was started when the owner of the Clark Forklift company bought the Schwinn Collection during the bankrutcy sale. They were looking for something to bring visitors to the small town of New Bremen. They have around 300 bikes on display and probably 10 times that are stored in a warehouse, so they do rotate the exibits periodically. It was really interesting to see how different ideas have progressed with to reach the bikes we ride today. Some of the "latest technology" was thought of long ago, but never caught on for various reasons.

It’s a fabulous little place. It’s on my list of places to revisit but I never think about it when I have time.

I also endorse this museum - it has more bikes than you would think looking at it from the outside, including a good selection of older technology and information about the industry in the late 19th and early 20th century.
