My Colbalto jewel fell out.

What are people using for replacements? And is 2-part epoxy the answer?

I bought a faux set from a U.S. seller several years ago. I don’t see them on eBay now. Anyway, they’re disappointing as they are opaque and kind of flat. If given a do over I’d probably give the Polish seller a try. I stuck them on with I think Gorilla glue and they’re still securely attached.

I've got a thin piece of tape over both jewels in an effort to prevent this from happening....

Honestly, I should just replace the brakes entirely as they are not all that strong compared to modern dual pivot calipers anyways.

I just keep 'em for the look

I swear I saw these on a bike parts website recently, and just now I've hit all of the sites I've bookmarked, but not finding, perhaps the sites' Search engines are not catching them.

These thingies? Cobalto

Looks like you could use a few drops of tinted resin to create the perfect bobble profile atop the nut.

A plastic replacement "stone" will best be secured with a flexible adhesive, since it expands thermally at a very different rate than the metal.
I've always used silicone RTV to attach replacement Cobalto stones.

For sure you are not the only one, I was serious with my question, since the title didn't say if you are looking for a new set of gems, or just means to put them back? I answered one of the two But I'm no expert with glues

This is Campagnolo -- the correct answer is having a jeweler custom cut sapphires to fit.
