I've used the ones from this seller and they work well on Dia Compe and Weinmann 144 levers. Bulk pack are available through EBay USA but are a bit pricey.

How many do you need or want? I have a box of small parts and should be lots in the box. Can't get to them for about six weeks, though.

FWIW I can buy as pictured below for 80 cents NZ each locally.
If you want some let me know . The freight could be the killer though?
