Anyone headed to L`Eroica Tuscany?
Hi Guys,
Anyone from the forum headed to this years L`Eroica in Tuscany next week? I`m booked in for the medium ride on Saturday (130km) and hoping to book onto another for Sunday - I`ll be on my `63 Legnano that has the right kind of patina for the white roads of Tuscany - plus, picked up this jem of an original Legnano top... Hopefully bump into some of you there, Dan.

Having just driven down to Montalcino for other reasons, I can report that the "Eroica Montalcino" directional signs for cyclists are posted.
The temperature the last couple days has been perfect for cycling, I hope it stays that way for your event. Have a great time!

I got some pics from friends. Looks like a downpour hit and it smells of wet wool jerseys and socks. Then the rains went away but the white gravel roads became white mud roads.
still, smiles all around.

This is what we brought.
Dan, my wife and I are here and will be doing the shorter Saturday ride too. We'll keep an eye out and say "hi".
