Thun Coronado bottom bracket question

So I received a Thun Coronado from a Bf member, but am unsure about the BB spindle length. This is going on the Bowlnago which means an Italian BB...

Best I can find is velobase, and they report 130 BB length for a double.

That sounds awfully long? Would 122 be a reasonable guess?

due to design spindle lengths are somewhat comparable to those of cottered

iirc their triple is something like 134

we have no shortage of members who have experience of this series who should be along shortly with some solid assistance ;)

I learned very quickly it requires a loooonnng spindle. Likely 127+. It might be the tapers are wonky too. I had no clue which it followed.

Back in the box it goes. Onto option B!

If it is the version of the coronado with the pressed-on spider, a box is a better place for it than a bike frame :)

Seemed sturdy. Though it definitely was swaged on.

not known for durability. And the alloy crank is famously soft and prone to bending... but if it works for you it works!
