Fuji Titanium

Finally got around to finishing up my 1991 Fuji Titanium. I believe that all of the US sold titanium bikes from the late 80s-early 90s were made by TST in Oregon, I'm curious if anyone knows if that is correct. Also, can someone decipher the s/n? see the attached pic

Also, one of the previous owners removed the factory decals and replaced them with the current decal set, just fyi.
