How to decode Tommasini frame

Hey folks, newbie here....

I recently bought an older Tommasini Fire, but don't really know how old it is. I believe this bike is a 2005 frame, but I don’t really know for sure. The numbers under the bottom bracket are 3872 H07.

If anyone knows how to figure out year from the numbers, I would be grateful.

IDK but could H07 mean August 2007?
