"DS" so a Della Santa. Pump Peg (and fork crown) suggested as much.
(Probably one of the "Mock-Up Examples" he built as models for Billato to "copy"? Or maybe CylcArt did the best they could with decals after their repaint? Don't Know, Don't Care, Doesn't Matter.)

Clear pics of the stay end treatments and other frame details would be nice.

Looks to be ~60 cm?

As great as Billatos are, I think a Della Santa is way cooler Next job for you Robvolz is to have a look in the steerer tube and through the bottom bracket for reinforcement ribs, Columbus style..... There may even be straight ribs in the chainstays too .

I thank you all for this info. My buddy Larry Black asked me to help find info on this frame.

he is from Maryland. Not sure how anybody would know that.
