Help with frame ID - Scapin? (was Sannino)

Wrapping up this research so I can get on with this project. I had found Suzzi, Sancineto, Scapin, and Sannino as possibilities because of their use of an S pantograph on the fork crown. I had chosen Sannino because of his consistent use of it, but I ignored other details. After observations from machinist42 and others I looked closer at the details and realized that it has the most convergence points with Scapin. Also, it seems like Scapin had a lot of variety/evolution over the years, whereas Sannino used mainly the same details. And Sannino geometry is different (my head tube angle is 72.5, Sannino catalog says 75). Except for the circle, the Scapin S is a perfect match. Thanks for all the help!

Brake bridge ears are very close, but the center is different.

Scapin used a hanger and also Gipiemme dropouts. My fork has Gipiemme dropouts in the front. The S is exact.

Seat lug and cutouts are similar. Stay ends are similar, but no pantograph.

Stay braze-to-dropout detail is similar. RD internal routing is similar. (I need to shorten those dropout screws).
