Help identify this Pinarello - 90s?

Hi

Came over this Pinarello. It has brifters, so it must be from 90s or early 2000s. There is an odd stem, which makes me clueless. Probably not stock.
Thanks for help!

It may not even be a Pinarello. Please post some close-up pictures of the bottom bracket, serial number, rear dropouts, frame lugs and front derailleur braze on.

I'm waiting for the seller to reply for better photos etc. Might not even be a pinarello? Damn!

Curiously tall fork steerer, hard to imagine that fork was stock but it’s possible.

Here's a picture of my '96 Cadore.
Downtube is different.

I recognize the shifters: Campagnolo Avanti. The downshift paddles and upshift buttons were combined into one piece, as a cost saving measure. I'm a fan of Campagnolo shifters, but not these; these are bottom of the barrel in the Campy hierarchy. Assume the rest of the gruppo is similar. If this is original spec, then assume this bike was at best: 'entry-level'.

The lugless construction does say it's from the 90's.Same with the total absence of chrome on the frameset. ...
