What are these Bullmoose Bars?

Saw a listing for a low end mtn bike with interesting, more vertical, Bullmoose bars. Wondering what they are called? and if anyone knows who made them? Don't see many similar, maybe on a few on early Ritcheys but I think those were thread-less? (see below)

The only other "more vertical" Bullmoose I found in a quick search are the Ritchey Clamp-on

The Ritchey should be the oldest by far so likely the OG, they list standard and high rise in the 86 catalog.

I’ve posted these photos a number of times…when I bought this Fisher Comp new, I had choice of steel or aluminum, high or low rise “Bullmoose” bars. I chose aluminum high rise…and chopped over an inch off each end and moved shifters inside the triangle. The aluminum bars were subsequently recalled but I kept mine partially because I assumed I couldn’t return owing to my mods. The “high rise” bars on this 18 inch frame have always just “worked” for my relatively long torso/short legged physique.

Still trying to figure out who made the bars on these Norco's. Ritchey does seem to be the origin of the "high rise", but doesn't answer who made the quill version on the Norco's. I did dig up some info on Norco, and their connection with Nishiki/Sekai - https://mtbtimeline.com/wiki/norco/start Can't seem find Norco catalogs earlier than 1988 to see if they listed specs on bars

I think there were lots of makers of bullmoose style bars. I have a set that look exactly like TIG welded Ritcheys but are labeled WIN 22.2. Nitto made bullmoose bars as well. I've seen several in 21.1 with no markings whatsoever. Those likely came off the Firenze MT-505 abonimation that was available in the late 80's. Some I've even seen with a riser bar bend to the handlebar portion....
