Looks like the coaster brake lever arm needs to be re-secured, as well.
I wonder if he plans to get a paper route, with those handlebars. :)
Fun fact: Don "American Pie" McLean had childhood asthma, and getting a paper route and riding a bicycle cured him. The paper route gave him something to start writing a song about and the lungs to sing it.
