It’s not perfect , but man it’s a nice ride. I robbed the 105 off of a 2015 Giant Defy2 aluminum bike. It had a very harsh ride. The Ciocc is smooth as butter. I remember now why I was searching for another Ciocc.

Sorry, I misunderstood. At first I thought you meant you stripped the whole bike down to the chrome!

You could consider "lug lining" with a black paint pen. That would hide the frost clear buildup, but be easy to remove if you didn't like it.

It is a great bike. Ciocc was always on my "special" list along with Gios.
