Rust Removal
 

I'm sure that this has been covered allready, but what is the best way to remove rust on a bike? I got some CLR and it removed a little bit, but not much. I've heard you can use steel wool and WD40, but I don't want to scratch anything up. Suggestions?

I use a dremel with a brass wire wheel. The brass is soft enough to not mar the finish and cleans nicely. I then follow up with Mothers metal polish using the buffing attachment.
