derailiuer
 

for some odd reason my derailiuer wont go into first gear. if i dosconnect the cable, and push it it goes up to second, and just stays there, and i can push it anymore. Does this mean i need a new one? Oh btw this a huffy SE roadbike

high and low restrictions screws are set correctly?
