Nice find. I really like the fillet-brazed frame (and my Viscount is the same color). So are those rims clinchers or sewups? I'm guessing the former from the photos.

I'm pretty sure they're sew-ups, which came on the Grand Prix models. Either way the wheels need some work. It's like riding on noodles.

My wife and I checked this morning, the bike feels like it weighs less than my alum. 2003 Giant OCR3.

my Viscount weighed in at a whopping 19.4 pounds when I had it,
and I didn't go nuts with lightweight parts.
When I bought mine the wheels were swapped out for clinchers,
nice pair of Mavic Module E rims.
