Strange frame angles?

This appears to be a typical varcity styled way heavy 70s schwinn. However the seat tube and head tube appear to be at unusal angles. Gives it an antique look. Am I just seeing things?

Not uncommon for a smaller bike with a shorter top tube, remember the bikes of this range had high bottom brackets, so the shallow head angle, (not much shallower than bigger sizes) probably is insurance to avoid front tire to foot overlap, handling? it won't be scary, and for sure not lively.

This bike is another example of a trend started with the wide range of clipless pedals, NO pedals! Could cost one another 30 to 40 dollars just to buy some accurate ones and make it ridable, not many looking at this bike would go clipless. For this seller, profit margin is king.
