Chain ring removal from cottered crank..help needed

Hey all,

I would like to remove the chain ring from the cottered crank arm that I pulled off of an ancient Rudge Sports. I have it off the bike, but I would like to get rid of the crank arm that is attached to it. It looks like it is removeable...either pressed on or screwed somehow, is this right? It is a Raleigh crank arm.

Thanks!

Kevin

Sorry, it's riveted on. Only way to remove it would require damaging it.

May I ask why in the world would you want to remove it?

Take care,

-Kurt
