Amx?

Does anyone have information on AMX bicycles? My friend has one that was made recently and it was purchased at toys r us. It seems to be a dead end company because I can't find its origins anywhere.

Its probialy a company branched by pacific. If it was made recently, its not vintage. We will have no clue.
