Scepter Bicycle Info?

I picked up this frame on Ebay and would appreciate any information anyone has on this bike. It's called a Scepter and was built in Bill Holland in San Diego in the 80's. The auction stated that the tubing is Columbus SL with SLX stays. It has nice clean lug work and the rear derailleur and brake cables are routed in the frame.
Thanks,
Steve

I used to ride with a couple of guys who had Scepter bikes in the mid 1980's ... I believe the angle between the top tube and the down tube (at the seat) is different (more upright) than bikes of it's time. Beautiful paint job.
