is it black plastic?
If so, you can recycle it... and I'd highly recommend you do just that
(tongue planted in cheek...sort of)

You've already identified it. It's a Simplex SX 410. The SX series derailers were similar in design to the SLJ series, but the cost and quality was lower. I have an SX 610 on my Gitane:

simplex question

thanks for the replay.
i hvae 0 experiance with this brand
is it any good ?, i'm using 600 ultegra(1988~), woled this be a more "clasic" on my 86 colnago ?

To be honest, I only have one on my Gitane because I want to keep my French bike French and I haven't been able to find a Simplex SLJ at a price I'm willing to pay. Your Ultegra is a much better derailer. Simplex on a Colnago is just wrong.
