le tour II
 

hello all. i was walking my dog today in a field near my house when i stumbled across a couple old bikes laying around. one was a schwinn le tour II and the other a generic looking mtn bike. i figuer the mtn bike is crap but i know people like to collect schwinns. i didnt inspect it real close but looks pretty decent. some rust on the chain i noticed and maybe on the wheels. i did notice the brake pads were almost new. could this be worth anything? thanks

If you can get it for 10 or 15 bucks and the paint is decent, jump on it. Le Tours are nice riding bikes.

The LeTour is nothing special, but as crazyb says, its nice to ride around on. I have a modified LeTour III that I use for my rain, winter and general goofing-around bike. It's a really fun bike!
