A good deal?

Just posted on CL:

A Reynolds 728 Serotta with full Campy Record, 8-speed drivetrain, for $750. Is that an amazing deal or not? I know that Campy shifters can be upgraded very easily, but what about cassettes? Is a Campy 8-speed hub different from a 10-speed?
