Downtube shifters and their use is another fading art.....:cry:
Of those who have used the new click/click junque-tech and ye olde skool
of downtubes, who thinks here is nothing like flying 650watts downhill, 10th gear
wide open and then dropping and trimming onto 6th for the uphill without missing
a beat........???? :D

I prefer the stem shifters on my Miyata to the Sora shifters on my Bianchi.

I like my Moto's single lever on the top tube. If I'm feeling suicidal I don't have to go over the bars and wreck the bike to do the deed. 3 incher pictured but I recently picked up an NOS "4 1/2 of pointy steel" which is sure to do the job more effectively. :D
