NOS Peugeot Cranks... worth anything?

A friend found a set of peugeot cranks while cleaning out an apartment they moved out of, and asked me whether they were worth anything...

They are 170mm, 52-42 tooth chainrings, stamped Peugeot on the crankarms, I think they are in a Sugino or Sakae box, which may or may not be the original. They are unused, and I didn't really have any idea of what to tell them. Any ideas/guesses?

I am not the owner, and am not trying to sell them here or whatnot, just wanted a sense to give the now rightful owner
