Fuji Pulsar?
 

I have a slight chance to get two, ladies and mens for a good price. But is it a good price? Are they decent
or low end bikes? I found no real info but a picture, and a craigslist ad in another city with no info.,,,,BD

The mid 80's were low end.

The two I've seen had cheaply stamped steel chainrings, steel rims, hi-ten frame and a hung rear derailleur. Mine were made in Taiwan (not that they don't make good stuff, just not these two)

I emailed them asking the approximate year, and the brand name on the components (shifting mechanisms). Thanks for the info. They're not out of line price wise really, but I need to decide if I want them first. I already have two bikes no one wants to buy;),,,,BD

The one in the picture looks like alloy wheels. They weren't though, they had some sort of gray powdercoat on them and completely failed the magnet test.
