no apologies needed.
I went to the first NAHBS in Houston.
I can't wait for it to come round here again (2008? )

if y'all get a chance to see it do so, it's amazing. Probably
the finest collection of custom KOF and cutting edge framebuilding
ever.

Oh no! How did you know I was going to TRY to get down to SJ that week, to visit with a friend in SF, and to visit me mum?

I should start booking tickets now...if I can just figure out how to get two days off in a row...my head is really hurting now...

Would the Raleigh mixte be ready if I manage it, Dr. D?

I think that should be quite do-able.
Plus, it's much more fun to hand the customer the frame in person!

(cyclotoine; make plans..)

and here are some pictures I took at last years show (emphasis on paint)

Ugg I really wish I could but considering I hope to complete my masters degree this april and I will be left with a student loan (used partially to fund Corky ) I don't think it's going to be possible.

Thanks for the thread, Dr. D. That looks like ALMOST as much fun as Chuck Schmidt's annual VeloRetro rendezvous in Pasadena in early October. https://www.velo-retro.com/vr.html

I've got to work less, post more. I almost missed this thread!

I'm going to do my best to get some time off for this, who knows how successful I'll be...
