source for handlebar streamers?

I'm looking for red streamers for a project (for my wife). anybody know where I can get some? thanks.

I dig pink bikes. I had one in Junior high.

they're for her springer suspension schwinn, which is black and red. Much tougher looking than the pastel colors I prefer. :D
