what is compatible with these brifters?

I bought a set of used wheels recently and the seller was kind enough to give me some combo brake/shifters and brakes. The shifters say Shimano Ultegra Flight Deck on them and the brakes are Shimano SLR Super. The wheels are Ultegra hubs, 130mm. I would like to start getting components for a future build (my first) and since I have these I figure it may be a good place to start.

If I would like to stay with index shifting, what freehub, FD, RD should I be considering?

Thanks all

Sorry, don't know what you are talking about.

Then you need to visit your LocalBikeStore or co-op and take the shifters with you, both right and left. Or you could ask the seller.
